Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager located in Ujjain, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the packaging and manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in FMCG, food, pharma, and other packaging-heavy industries. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. - Present product portfolio and explain technical features/benefits to clients. - Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production for customized solutions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. - Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for lead generation. - Regularly update CRM/sales reports for management.
