• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and achieve ambitious revenue targets for print and digital advertising.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and agencies across various industries.
• Market Analysis: Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
