We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with strong real estate knowledge and proven experience in managing sales teams, client handling, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about property sales, capable of building client trust, and driving the team towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads.
• Handle end-to-end sales operations – from lead conversion to deal closure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in any field).
• 2–3 years of real estate sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Tri-City real estate market (Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh).
• Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
