Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure a cohesive approach to market.

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years of sales experience. Preferably in the same industry.
Any kind of cable-wire sales or electrical sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ready and open to travel frequency as and when required.
