Sales Lead

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager for the General Trade or Beverages category, your main responsibility will be to lead the assigned territory to achieve primary and secondary sales targets, manage client relationships, and drive sales excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area. - Conducting monthly sales forecasting and planning, considering the shelf life of beverage products. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and trade partners. - Leading channel management efforts to maximize reach and product availability. - Ensuring cost-effective operations and managing expenses within the set budget. - Allocating field force effectively by assessing individual team capabilities. - Mentoring and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance. - Monitoring and ensuring the execution of trade promotions and market activities. - Submitting regular reports and insights on market trends, team performance, and target achievements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in the beverages sector (must-have). - Excellent knowledge of the general trade channel. - Demonstrated success in target achievement and team leadership. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. - Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.,
