Job Description

The Hive Sales Lead (B2C) at Praan will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of consumer sales operations. The main objective of this role is to drive broad market penetration and scale customer acquisition for Praan's clean air solutions, engaging a diverse consumer base through various channels. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive B2C sales strategies that are in line with Praan's business goals. The Sales Lead will be tasked with generating leads to increase Hive sales within HNI communities, as well as leading and expanding the Hive sales team to achieve acquisition, revenue, and growth targets. Building and nurturing relationships with key consumer touchpoints and partners to enhance reach and brand engagement is also a crucial aspect of the role. Additionally, analyzing market and consumer data to spot emerging trends, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement is essential. Collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams is imperative to ensure seamless customer journeys. The Sales Lead will oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, the role involves driving innovative sales tactics encompassing digital platforms, direct sales, retail partnerships, and community engagement. Effective management of the budget and resources to maximize ROI is another key responsibility. Qualifications for this role include a strong passion for B2C sales, particularly in the tech or consumer products sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing consumer sales teams. Strong analytical skills to comprehend customer behavior and market dynamics, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are also required. Knowledge of digital sales channels and CRM tools would be an added advantage.,
