Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, engaging decision-makers at luxury homes, high-end real estate, corporate offices, and exclusive venues.
Promote Praans HIVE and other luxury product lines through direct outreach, networking events, and personalized consultations.
Build lasting relationships with HNI clients by understanding their unique requirements, providing customized solutions, and ensuring a high-touch customer experience.
Achieve sales targets through pipeline management, rigorous prospecting, and strategic account development.
Guide HNI clients through product demonstrations, proposal presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to shape the sales approach and develop new opportunities.
Provide post-sale support and work closely with customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals from high-value customers.

Requirements

Bachelor&aposs degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
2+ years of proven success in B2B/B2C HNI sales roles, especially with technical or luxury products.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to network among affluent individuals and build trust with sophisticated clients.
Resilience, initiative, and a target-driven mindset with a record of exceeding revenue goals.
Willingness to travel and a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
Prior experience in luxury goods, high-end real estate, financial products, or bespoke technology solutions is highly desirable
