Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, engaging decision-makers at luxury homes, high-end real estate, corporate offices, and exclusive venues.
  • Promote Praans HIVE and other luxury product lines through direct outreach, networking events, and personalized consultations.
  • Build lasting relationships with HNI clients by understanding their unique requirements, providing customized solutions, and ensuring a high-touch customer experience.
  • Achieve sales targets through pipeline management, rigorous prospecting, and strategic account development.
  • Guide HNI clients through product demonstrations, proposal presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to shape the sales approach and develop new opportunities.
  • Provide post-sale support and work closely with customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals from high-value customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of proven success in B2B/B2C HNI sales roles, especially with technical or luxury products.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to network among affluent individuals and build trust with sophisticated clients.
  • Resilience, initiative, and a target-driven mindset with a record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Willingness to travel and a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
  • Prior experience in luxury goods, high-end real estate, financial products, or bespoke technology solutions is highly desirable
