Sales Lead

The job requires you to have experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Support, Order Processing, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Time Management, Quotation handling, and Interior Design Project Management. Your main responsibilities will include managing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction, providing support to the sales team in achieving targets, processing orders accurately and efficiently, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams, resolving issues and problems in a timely manner, managing time effectively to meet deadlines, handling quotation requests, and assisting in managing interior design projects as needed. The job is full-time and follows a day shift schedule.
