You will be responsible for handling various invoicing tasks, including generating and sending invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be required to address any billing discrepancies and disputes that may arise. Maintaining customer billing records and ensuring compliance with billing policies and procedures will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will assist in financial reporting and analysis, providing support in this area as needed. Excellent customer service skills are essential for handling billing inquiries effectively and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
