Job Description

You will be responsible for performing various invoicing and accounting tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your main duties will include generating and sending invoices to clients in a timely manner, resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining customer billing records, and assisting in financial reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries promptly and professionally. You must ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in invoicing, accounting, data entry, and the use of billing software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Experience in financial reporting, customer service, and working with GST and TDS will be an advantage.
