Role Overview As AGM – Sales & Marketing, you will: Take charge of the entire sales funnel across our Product, Project (incl. Solar), and Training segments. Be directly involved in sales , lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team. Report directly to the General Manager , supporting strategic planning and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute sales strategies for: ✅ Technology Products – Solar & Hybrid Lights, Home Appliances, LED Solutions ✅ Project Sales – ELV, Walkie-Talkie, CCTV, and Solar Installations ✅ Training Sales – Technical, Entrepreneurial & Skill Development Programs Take ownership of direct sales operations – B2B/B2C outreach, meetings, and closures. Develop target-based sales plans and performance dashboards. Supervise and upskill junior sales & marketing staff. Align marketing campaigns with sales strategy for digital and offline growth. Explore new market opportunities, strategic alliances, and channel partnerships. Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Background in technology products, education sales, or project-based sales preferred. Proactive, energetic, and able to handle team and targets independently.
