Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader located in Kerala, India. The Sales Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and training and mentoring sales staff. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Leader will collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales experience and Sales Management capabilities
Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
