Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor performance and provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of KPIs and revenue goals.

Requirements:

Any Graduate.
Minimum 25 years of experience in sales & marketing with team handling exposure.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive performance and meet deadlines under pressure.
