Key Responsibilities • Identify and qualify prospective B2B prospects within energy, automotive, renewable energy, and technology sectors through comprehensive market research and strategic targeting. • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email marketing, networking events, and industry conferences, to generate qualified leads and build sustainable business relationships. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition, cost benefits, and sustainability advantages of our BMS solutions. • Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and provide detailed performance analytics, including lead conversion rates, sales progression metrics, and revenue forecasting, to support strategic decision-making. • Represent Xbattery at trade shows and industry events, ensuring consistent brand messaging and professional company representation. • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address specific client requirements and market needs. Required Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, engineering, or a related field. • Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, clean technology, or sustainability sectors. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred. • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives. • Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions and industry representation.
