HR Generalist & Compliance Responsibilities: 1 Handle statutory compliances including pf, esic, gratuity, bonus and related things. 2 Manage end to end recruitment for sale and support functions in coordination with internal teams and external agencies. 3 Maintain employee records and Hr documentation in accordance with company and legal standards. 4 Ensure timely processing and accuracy of payroll inputs related to statutory deductions. 5 Conduct periodic internal audits of compliance and labor law requirements.
