About Us: Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets. Job Summary: We are seeking a high-profile, strategic, and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our entire sales division. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue, shaping sales strategies, building elite sales teams, and representing the brand at the highest levels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership Define and execute a long-term sales vision aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Design and implement innovative sales strategies that ensure competitive market positioning. Drive business development through new project launches, investor tie-ups, and bulk deal negotiations. Establish sales targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions/projects. Team Development & Performance Management Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team with strong accountability and customer focus. Set performance benchmarks, KPIs, and incentive structures to drive consistent productivity. Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and leadership development initiatives. Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and customer-centricity within the team. Revenue & P&L Ownership Own and manage the entire sales P&L, ensuring profitability and efficient allocation of resources. Monitor and report on revenue generation, sales funnel progress, and ROI of marketing spend. Work with finance teams to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and financial compliance. Client Relationship Management Maintain and grow strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, institutional clients, and channel partners. Ensure a high-touch experience for key clients, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. Personally lead sales closures for high-value deals or marquee clients. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy Continuously analyze market trends, competitor offerings, buyer behavior, and pricing dynamics. Recommend changes to product positioning, marketing strategies, and inventory management. Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to identify growth patterns and operational bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate closely with project, legal, CRM, finance, and marketing teams to streamline processes. Provide real-time market feedback to product and design teams for future project planning. Align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions. Brand Representation & Networking Represent the company at high-profile industry forums, exhibitions, and investor meets. Leverage existing industry connections and build new strategic alliances. Position Tara Devis Enclave as a top real estate brand in both domestic and global investor circles. Qualifications: 10+ years of proven leadership experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium/luxury segment. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of real estate markets. Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). Strong network of industry contacts and a reputation for high-integrity performance.
