Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and motivation.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Revenue & Business Development:
  • Drive revenue generation through direct sales, broker networks, channel partners, and digital platforms.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with HNIs, institutional clients, and corporate partners.
  • Explore new markets and customer segments.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure consistent performance.
  • Recommend changes or improvements based on performance data.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with project and finance teams to align sales efforts with project delivery and cash flow requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial real estate.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in selling mid-to-high-end residential or commercial real estate.
  • Background in managing pan-city or multi-location sales teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
