Job Title: Sales Head - Real Estate Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Sales Head in the real estate sector with project handling experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will also oversee the sales activities for specific projects, ensuring effective marketing strategies and customer engagement to maximize sales opportunities. Experience : 5 to 10 Years Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Coordinate with marketing and project teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and sales collateral. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders. Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management review. Participate in project meetings and provide input on pricing, product positioning, and customer feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar leadership role in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including residential and commercial properties. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of project management principles and experience in project handling is a plus. Valid real estate license or certification, if required by local regulations.
