Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and prior experience in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure performance targets are met
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closures
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience in EdTech preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Goal-oriented with proven achievements
