Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

Strategize and coordinate digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) for lead generation and sales conversions.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to analyze campaign ROI and optimize ad spend.

2. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Sales

Get products listed and optimized on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback to boost marketplace performance.

3. Strategic Partnerships

Build and manage partnerships with birthday party planners, kids activity centers, schools, museums, and play zones.
Create bundled offerings or affiliate models to increase reach and conversions.

4. Customer Sales Support

Address sales-related customer inquiries promptly and effectively via email, chat, or phone.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage post-sale follow-ups if needed.

5. Sales Automation & Reporting

Design and implement automated sales workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools
Track KPIs and generate sales performance reports for leadership review.
