Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Manage and support sales conversations for both B2C (Amazon, marketplace) and B2B clients (retailers, distributors, international buyers). Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups. Support export outreach including email communication, catalog sharing, and follow-ups with potential partners in the Middle East and Germany. Collaborate with the leadership team to set and track sales targets and identify growth opportunities. Coordinating the incoming sales with the logistics team for speedy and accurate shipment. 2. Marketing & Sales Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to gather and share product files, catalogs, pricing sheets, and media kits. Coordinate for exhibitions and trade fairs – including booth logistics, communication material, and customer engagement follow-ups. Ensure up-to-date product listings, pricing, and hygiene on the website and Amazon/other marketplaces. 3. Customer Data & Behavior Mapping Analyze customer satisfaction trends using feedback, reviews, and return reports. Compile reports on user behavior, market insights, and competitor benchmarks. Manage online review tracking, resolution coordination, and documentation. 4. Data & Documentation Management: Maintain organized records for all leads, conversations, sales, and export documentation on Google Sheets and Google Drive. Track marketing assets and ensure shared access between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
