Your role involves driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, nurturing long-term partnerships, and optimizing our sales operations to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting HR, procurement, and CXO-level stakeholders in mid-to-large enterprises. Lead and mentor a sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring consistent performance. Collaborate with design and operations teams to deliver tailored gifting solutions that resonate with client branding and messaging. Leverage CRM tools to monitor sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics. Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and sales tactics. Represent Trophykart at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.Indeed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the corporate gifting or promotional products industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of customization processes, including UV printing and laser engraving.
