Role Overview:
The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in international/domestic sales, and a deep understanding of the furniture and interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and guide the sales team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership (preferably in furniture/interior industry).
• Strong business development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
