Sales Head

As the Sales Head for the Module & Cell Manufacturing division, your role involves driving sales, business development, and key account management. You will need to leverage your strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and ability to cultivate customer relationships to achieve business growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals in module and cell manufacturing. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. - Collaborate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are fulfilled. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decisions. - Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team to attain performance objectives. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management assessment. - Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with key customers. Key Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Management; MBA preferred. - 12-18 years of sales experience, with a preference for renewable energy, module, or cell manufacturing sectors. - Strong network within the renewable energy/solar industry. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - Openness to extensive travel. Preferred Skills: - In-depth knowledge of solar module and cell manufacturing processes. - Experience in managing large-scale B2B sales and long-term contracts. - Strategic mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities.,
