Position: Front Desk Executive – Female Location: Ahmedabad Company: Arcedior About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Front Desk Executive to join our team. This role combines front desk management with administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be internet-savvy, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner. * Manage incoming calls and maintain a pleasant reception area. * Handle daily office administration and operational support. * Manage document filing, courier handling, and office supplies. * Assist HR with administrative duties such as record keeping and onboarding coordination. * Perform data entry and manage office databases as needed. * Support internet-based tasks like online research and coordination. * Coordinate internal meetings and assist with event arrangements when required. Requirements: * Prior experience in front desk, administration, or reception roles preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. * Positive attitude with a professional appearance and approach.
