Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist parents, guests, and visitors at the front desk
Guide parents to the concerned departments (Admissions, Management, Teachers, Accounts, etc.)
Handle incoming calls and maintain a visitor log
Support admission counsellors with basic documentation
Help in coordinating parent meetings and school events
Provide accurate information to enquiries politely and professionally
Ensure the front office area is neat, organised, and presentable
Coordinate with teachers and admin team for parent queries
Assist in basic admin tasks (photocopying, filing, record keeping)
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu as needed)
Presentable and polite behaviour
Good attitude and willingness to assist parents
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Customer-handling skills
Qualification
Any Graduation (Preferred)
