Sales Force Developer

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools.
• Write and optimize Apex Classes, Triggers, and Test Classes following best practices.
• Build and customize Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, and Lightning Record Pages.
• Design and enhance Screen Flows and Lightning Components for better usability.
• Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business insights.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Project Managers, and Business Teams to gather requirements.
• Handle testing, debugging, and deployment using Change Sets or SFDX.
• Optimize page layouts and user experience across Salesforce modules.
• Support data integrity, security, and basic system integrations.
  

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• Good understanding of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Knowledge of creating custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with Change Sets or Salesforce CLI (SFDX) for deployments.
• Basic understanding of user experience and screen optimization.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Administrator Certification.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce integrations (APIs, connected apps).
• Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).
