Job Title: Sales Executive - Construction Equipment or Aluminium Formwork Location: Delhi (1 position) Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Proactively generate and identify new business opportunities through extensive market research, site visits, networking, and cold calling. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, developers, builders, and other relevant contacts. Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate aluminium formwork systems to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of the products. Tailored Solutions: Analyze client needs and offer customized solutions that address specific construction requirements using aluminium formwork technology. Sales Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and lead negotiations to close deals successfully. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management, contributing to overall business growth. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in construction technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, production) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and actionable market insights to senior management. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction equipments or aluminium formwork industry Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets. Deep understanding of aluminium formwork systems and the construction industry. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software tools.
