Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves selling residential or commercial properties by utilizing your energetic and target-driven approach coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Proactively generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, marketing activities, and engaging with channel partners. - Responding promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries, whether online, walk-in, or via phone. - Qualifying client needs, providing detailed information about projects, and scheduling/conducting property site visits to effectively showcase the property's features and benefits. - Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals by delivering compelling proposals, handling objections, and successfully closing sales deals. In terms of documentation and process management, you will be responsible for: - Conducting price and contract negotiations with potential buyers while ensuring company profitability standards are met. - Assisting clients with necessary sales documentation, including booking forms, agreements, and legal paperwork in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA). - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Additionally, you will need to: - Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the local area through market analysis. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate a smooth closing process and generate referrals for after-sales service. - Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline the sales and closing process. In terms of qualifications, the following skills and experiences are required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Real Estate industry. Key skills that are essential for this role include: - Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills in English and the local language. - Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close high-value sales deals. - Ability to quickly absorb and articulate project details, technical specifications, and market data. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
