Job Title: Sales Associate – SmartHub About the Team SmartHub is Amazon’s integrated Order and Warehouse Management System (OMS/WMS) designed to simplify and automate eCommerce operations for sellers across marketplaces and D2C channels. The SmartHub team partners with sellers to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale their businesses using Amazon technology. We are a fast-growing team working at the intersection of technology, sales, and seller experience. We are looking for customer-obsessed and results-driven professionals to help expand SmartHub’s adoption across India. About the Role As a Sales Associate for SmartHub, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new sellers through outbound prospecting and consultative selling. You will drive awareness and adoption of SmartHub by positioning it as a solution that optimizes sellers’ order and inventory management processes. You will be responsible for lead qualification, engagement, and conversion — identifying potential sellers, pitching SmartHub’s solutions, and driving them to the demo stage. This role plays a key part in supporting SmartHub’s growth strategy in India by ensuring a strong and active sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Own the prospecting and lead generation process through cold calling, email campaigns, and research-based outreach to eCommerce sellers. • Understand sellers’ operational pain points and present SmartHub as a tailored solution to improve their efficiency and scalability. • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos to decision-makers in small and medium eCommerce businesses. • Maintain accurate data on leads, pipeline status, and conversion metrics in excel and CRM tools. • Work closely with Direct Sales team to ensure smooth seller transitions. • Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly conversion targets. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline. • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales. • Proven success in cold calling and outbound sales. • Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills. • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and deliver results. Preferred Qualifications • Experience selling SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-driven products (preferably OMS/WMS/ERP). • Understanding of eCommerce ecosystem, including seller operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining attention to detail.
