Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, client relationship management, and supporting the sales team to achieve overall business targets. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, analyzing sales data, and contributing to improved sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior sales members.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Suggest improvements based on sales data and market insights.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
