Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Domestic Sales Executive to join our team in Noida Phase-2. This pivotal role involves identifying and securing new client accounts, cultivating robust client relationships, and significantly contributing to our market expansion within the domestic sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B sales, with a distinct advantage for experience within the pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, cosmetics, or nutraceutical industries. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, professional networking, referrals, and strategic lead generation initiatives. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, enduring client relationships to foster repeat business and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Sales Cycle Management: Conduct compelling product presentations and skillfully negotiate terms to consistently achieve or surpass established sales targets. Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and prospective opportunities within the CRM system. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, upholding high standards of service. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal teams to facilitate seamless post-sales support and efficient service delivery. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience: 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, cosmetics, or nutraceutical sectors. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork & Autonomy: Proven ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
