Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience in managing customer relationships and sales team management
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
