Job Description

Sales Executives

  • Understanding client needs

    and tailoring customized solar proposals.
  • Assessing installation feasibility

    through site visits and energy requirement analysis.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

    from initial outreach to post-sale follow-up.
  • Keeping up with industry developments

    , including emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification

  • Prospect new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and direct field visits.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline covering residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

2. Customer Consultation & Site Evaluation

  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients energy demands and propose viable solar system solutions.
  • Translate technical features into easy-to-understand benefits for clients.

3. Proposal & Contract Management

  • Develop tailored proposals, cost estimates, and contracts.
  • Highlight cost savings, government incentives, ROI, and payback analyses.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements that balance client satisfaction with company profitability.

5. Relationship Building & After-Sales Support

  • Foster long-term client relationships through regular engagement and post-sale support.
  • Identify upselling or referral opportunities.

6. Market Awareness & Industry Insight

  • Stay updated on technological advancements, market shifts, competitors, and government policies affecting solar adoption.
  • Leverage insights to inform sales strategy and client discussions.

7. Reporting & CRM Usage

  • Maintain sales records, client interaction logs, and forecasting details using CRM systems.
  • Generate regular performance and pipeline updates for management review.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales; experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adept at managing field sales.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bihar and conduct client site visits.
  • Basic technical knowledge of solar energy systems and financing options (e.g., loans, leasing) is advantageous
