As a part of India's smartest real estate platform, you will have the opportunity to leverage AI-driven property insights to onboard real estate partners and drive sales efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - **B2B Onboarding:** Identify, prospect, and onboard new real estate partners in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region. - **Value Pitch:** Present LandsZo's AI/ML-powered platform to enhance sales efficiency, provide actionable insights, and deliver qualified leads. - **Full Sales Cycle Ownership:** Manage the end-to-end process, from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and successful partner onboarding. - **Relationship Management:** Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued success and engagement on the platform. - **Achieve Targets:** Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and listing targets. - **Market Feedback:** Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback with product and tech teams to improve user experience. - **Networking:** Represent LandsZo at real estate events, conferences, and meetups to expand the network and brand visibility. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** 2-3+ years of proven B2B or SaaS sales experience. - **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market is highly preferred.
