• Handle inbound and outbound leads, schedule property site visits, and follow up effectively.
• Conduct property presentations and guide clients through the entire sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
