Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, online platforms, etc.)
•Understand client requirements and provide suitable property or product options.
•Conduct site visits / client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
•Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
•Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closures and client satisfaction.
•Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
•Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
•Willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
