• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  Google Ads

• Set up and structure campaigns, define audiences, allocate budgets, and configure tracking
• Work closely with the creative team to align assets with campaign goals
• Monitor ad delivery, traffic flow, and performance daily
• Troubleshoot issues like ad disapprovals, pixel errors, or delivery gaps in real-time
• Prepare and present

  monthly performance reports

  with actionable insights

? What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience managing

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

  campaigns
• Strong grasp of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and platform best practices
• Experience with

  Google Analytics

  ,

  Tag Manager

  , and

  Meta Events Manager

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Great communication and analytical skills
  

? Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of

  PHP

  HTML/CSS

  especially for landing page setup or tweaks
• Familiarity with landing page builders like
