What Youll Do Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Set up and structure campaigns, define audiences, allocate budgets, and configure tracking Work closely with the creative team to align assets with campaign goals Monitor ad delivery, traffic flow, and performance daily Troubleshoot issues like ad disapprovals, pixel errors, or delivery gaps in real-time Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights ? What You Bring 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Strong grasp of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and platform best practices Experience with Google Analytics , Tag Manager , and Meta Events Manager Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts Great communication and analytical skills ?
