Handle inbound and outbound leads generated via digital and social media platforms
Counsel students and parents on education loan options (India & Abroad)
Explain loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing
Follow up with customers to ensure closure of leads
Maintain proper records of leads and conversions
Achieve monthly sales targets
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of education loans or BFSI sales (preferred) Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel preferred)
