You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up. Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales pitches tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer retention. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve the sales pipeline and conversion rates. Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-up. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel when necessary.
