Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's solar energy products and services. Additional responsibilities include delivering presentations, preparing proposals, closing sales, and addressing customer inquiries. The role requires proactive client engagement, market research, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed targets
Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to build a strong client network
Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and market trends, preferably with experience in the solar energy sector
Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits and solutions
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and tasks
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
