Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, and channel partners
  
• Handle incoming inquiries and qualify prospective clients
  
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and follow-ups
  
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms to close sales
  
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and loan processing
  
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems
  
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brokers
  
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during and after the sales process
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred)
  
• Experience: 05 years in real estate sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  
• Strong customer-handling and closing abilities
  
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
  
• Willingness to work on weekends and visit project sites
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
