About the Role:

Sales Executive


 

Key Responsibilities:

o  Identify new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.

o  Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos with prospective clients.

o  Understand client pain points and technical requirements.

o  Present relevant software development solutions and service offerings tailored to their needs.

o  Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

o  Act as a primary point of contact between the client and internal teams (technical, marketing, and delivery).

o  Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

o  Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels to close deals effectively.

o  Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools.

o  Work closely with the marketing team to support lead-generation campaigns.

o  Share customer feedback with the product and delivery teams to improve offerings.

o  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

o  Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.


 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Business Administration

IT/software development

·       Solid understanding of IT services such as custom software development, web/mobile apps, SaaS, or cloud solutions.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
