About the Role:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos with prospective clients.
• Understand client pain points and technical requirements.
• Present relevant software development solutions and service offerings tailored to their needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Act as a primary point of contact between the client and internal teams (technical, marketing, and delivery).
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels to close deals effectively.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead-generation campaigns.
• Share customer feedback with the product and delivery teams to improve offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
