We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Present and promote products/services to clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring. Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. HR Generalist Handle employee lifecycle management: induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Conduct performance management processes and support managers with appraisals. Address employee grievances, engagement activities, and drive positive work culture. Maintain and update HR reports, databases, and documentation. Requirements Master s/Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field. 4 7 years of proven experience in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Generalist activities . Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
