Job Description

Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Translate revenue goals into daily and weekly action plans
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead intake to post-sale coordination
Ensure fast response times, disciplined follow-ups, and zero missed leads
Conduct discovery calls and solution-based client consultations
Prepare pricing proposals, quotations, and structured follow-ups
Maintain accurate and real-time CRM updates with defined next steps
Coordinate with internal teams for installation, delivery, and onboarding
Track and report daily pipeline status and weekly sales dashboards
Adhere to pricing guidelines, documentation, and defined sales processes
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation journey

Desired Candidate Profile:

High-energy, target-driven sales professional with strong ownership mindset
Excellent follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
Strong objection-handling and customer trust-building ability
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Outcome-oriented and accountable for performance
Preference for candidates with experience in tech or high-ticket sales closures

CTC / Compensation:

Up to 3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

(Open to revision based on candidates caliber and experience)
