Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers. Provide technical support and solutions to clients in collaboration with the technical team. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts in line with company policies. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and documentation. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to generate leads and stay updated on industry developments. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Management / Marketing / Chemicals / Paints. 2. 0 to 2 years of sales experience. 3. Fluent in MS Office, Google, Gmail.
