Role Description


This is a full-time Sales Person role located on-site in Surat at GlowStar Diamond. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the diamond industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings or product demonstrations.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations

  • Present products or services to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

Negotiation and Closing Sales

  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Ensure all contracts or agreements are properly documented.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on renewals, upgrades, or repeat purchases.

Market Research and Reporting

  • Collect feedback from customers and report trends to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
