Role & responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers for credit card sales through various channels.
  • Explain the features and benefits of different credit card products to customers.
  • Persuade customers to purchase credit cards and complete the application process.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive company image.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products or services.
